Does he actually like me?

Theirs this guy in my biology cl and at first, i didn't even knew he existed, until i noticed that he talked, a lot, one of those obnoxious, jerkyish loud mouthed kind of guys and usually i don't say anything but he really bothered me so one day i finally snapped and told him off and every since then, maybe, mid september? we've fought, like we start arguments with each other over absolutely nothing! one day i threw something away and when i turned around and started walking back to my seat he started something with me! ugh, and he annoys so much! but i admit, i sorta like him and i noticed that he would sorta stare at me sometimes, and recently i got a boyfriend and everybody in our cl knows and listens to our fights and think we like each other and then his friend, said hey, you like him and i said no..........i have a boyfriend and the guy "rudy" turned around and said who? and i said "ricky" and he looked like he was thinking if he knew him and asked where he goes and i said log cabin (its a continuation school) and he said oh hes gonna have a great career, and he was saying that a lot and he said oh hes gonna go to jail and i was like rudy! just cuz he goes to log cabin doesn't automatically mean hes gonna go to jail and then this girl was like rudy, why are you getting hurt? and he said no im not and even his friend said ya you are and he was like no im not and then he said is he in baseball? (cuz rudys on the baseball team) and i was like ...no and he said good and then he asked how old he was and then he had like a serious look (and he rarely looks serious, unless when i get him pissed...) and he said do you love him with all your heart? and i was like ya and then later my friend said he seemed sad and she thinks its cuz he's just shy and thats why he hasnt asked me out or anything but then a few days later were finals and we sit near each other but its not my official seat and the teacher said i could sit there and then ricky was like ahh, she just wants to be near me and later i was trying to focus and he was like sucking on his gum and making noise and it was pissing me off and i said rudy! stop! so of course he turns around and looks at me and does his smile/smirk and does it on purpose........and then before this and before i started going out with ricky, me and rudy were fighting, of course and then he said we should go out and then like a minute later he said we should get married and in my head i was like uhhh?..... but i said wheres my ring? but me a big *** diamond ring and then i'll marry you and that made him shut up and also once when we were fighting he said i like fighting with her, its fun and well, he has a nickname for me, he calls me chola (im not a chola! theres nothing wrong with being one, but im not one) and then one day when we were fighting he turned around and was like i like you and he sounded and looked serious and he said i like you again but i was just trying to play it off like he was messing and i was like uh hu, haha whatever cuz i didnt wanna be like omg?! really? and then him be like hell no! and laugh but everybody thinks we like each other, but hes sooooo confusing! maybe two or three days he'll start something and we'll fight really bad then after we'll like barley look at each other and then i tried to have a normal conversation with him like twice and he acted like he didnt wanna talk but then he'll fight with me and my friend was like do you think shes cute? and he was like no, andrews cuter then her but then one day when we were working on a lab he was working with my friend and she said he randomly brought me up and he said he hated me and im so annoying but she said he was smiling and also, he never says my actual name, but sometimes he'll stare at me when he thinks im not looking and he doesnt look happy or sad or mad, maybe like hes thinking or something and then when we fight or something he'll stare right at me and he'll smile a smile/smirk and one time he was like hey....hey!.........hey! and i was working and i was ignoring him and he was like hey! and i was like what?! and he said ..hi and i was like **** you rudy! and then a little later he was like hey! and i was like what rudy? and he said hi and i was like hi rudy and he was like finally! and in my head i was like seriously? just for a hi? but he gives me mixed signals! usually hes mean, not mean mean, but like teasing mean and sometimes he'll totally ignore me..........does he like me or not? i need an official detailed answer! and it'd be nice if it was from a guys perspective
