In the movie Blue Streak (1999) Starring Martin Lawrence. I have a question.?
What did this part mean in the movie Blue Streak (1999) Starring Martin Lawrence. My question is what is a P40 and a P31? They complained about it in a police meeting and Det. Malone (Martin Lawrence) aproved the P31 and removed the P40. What was that?
