Tetra ReptoFilter not working?

I have the same issue with my Tetra ReptoFilter heres what i did: i took out the filter cartridge and i turned it around to where the black part is facing me, then i matched the curve part to the impeller housing part of the filter, then if that doesn't work try pulling out the intake tube a little bit and putting it back in thats what normally i do when my filter doesn't work.

I know it's only April, but anyone else notice this?

Just any name at all. Audiences DO NOT CARE about names. Just don't make them stupid, like 'Star', or 'Destiny', or 'Hope', or that bullcrap. Help! i need a freeware ISPW file joiner?

i have downloaded three individual files which make up an ISPW file (iPod touch software file) and i need a freeware program which will be able to join them in the correct oder so they will work. I need the programme for windows, not Mac as i have seen mac software but no windows ones.
