Do you think if someone has the swine flu, they have the right of privacy?

There's a student in my cl who has the swine flu. Someone in my cl asked where she's been because she's been absent for weeks & the teacher blurted out that she has the swine flu. Do you think the teacher should have kept quiet about it since it's personal? I mean, if she comes back, many people would not want to speak to her or make fun of her. It's not like she's coming to school while she has the swine flu, she's getting cured at home..? What do you think, if you had the swine flu you wouldn't want the teacher blurting it out that you have it even thouhg you're trying to cure yoruself at home, would u?
