Are Taurus people rare to run across?

Or in other words hard to find, This chick on tagged sent me a message and when i went to her page to check it out she had all kinds of sh!t about Taurus, but what stood out to me was that she stated Taurus people are the rarest of all zodiac signs to come across, saying its less of them than everyone else, so I'm uming that means there are less babies born in mid April to mid May. I was wondering if anyone else agreed with this or knew if this was some kind of statistical fact?
