Best place to live in australia?

My mum and I have always wanted to live in Australia...she's a midwife and i do believe they need nurses, ect. but what is a good place to live over there? there is only two of us so we don't need a mive property. i'm 15 so it would have to be near a high school. my mum enjoys running so it would be good if there was an athletics track or gyms nearby lol. i'd like somewhere not too remote, a good beach, hot summers and places to shop. obviously near a hospital. this might not even happen but i'm just wondering lol.
