Does anyone else think Kathy and Britney could be Mother and Daughter?

I SWEAR britney and kathy are mom and daughter. Just because they look similar to me and if you listen carefully when brit talks she has a slight accent like kathy's. Annie mentioned in one of her sabture clips that there were life long friends in the house. Who knows if that was the truth or not, but if there is a pair I swear it's kathy and Brit. Kathy was the first one to help Brit when she hurt her knee in the first competition. When Brit was choking because her partners taped her to the wall to tight Kathy was there comforting her. Also, when Monet left the house Kathy was wiping Brit's tears away and brit kinda pushed her hand away. No one else was that caring twoard brit. I might be crazy but I think they are mother and daughter. And I didn't even know what Kathy was going to vote for and when she and Brit voted the same way, that kinda made me suspicious. I mean, BB hasn't showed Kathy too much yet. But just the little things they show of her, she's usually near brit consoling her.
