Experts in astronomy and telescopes, please help!?

i am buying a telescope and my price range is around 220$. i have decided that i am either getting the Orion StarBlast 4.5 Astro Reflector Telescope or the Orion SkyQuest XT4.5 Clic Dobsonian Telescope. which one should i buy? and various reviews say that i should buy a barlow lens and a light filter. what ones should i buy and where can i get them? take price into account. please no lazy idiots making pathetic attempts to be witty, it grows tiresome.
