How Long Can Hugo Chavez maintain his position?

He rules with an iron fist and most top jobs are given to his relatives and cronies just like good old Saddam. He will change the laws if he has to do so. He has already tried to change the constituation to stay in power indefinitely. He will do what he has to do to stay in power and then he will leave with millions of dollars stolen from his people.
