I need help with something going on in my throat.. Any laryngoloist out there? Or.. Some type of help?

Okay. I'm a soprano and I can hit all those high notes with no problem, even when I am congested. But.. Lately.. I've been a little bit congested but nothing like usual. And.. When I try to hit like a G or A above the scale, which is usually no problem.. I can't get there. It kinda screeches. Also, when I hold out a note for a period of time.. Not that long as usually.. I feel a sharp pain in my diaphragm.. And.. Lately.. Every now and then when I'm not singing I feel a sharp pain there as well.. But mostly when I sing.. Should I go on vocal rest? Or.. What?
