Lebanese boyfriend? Help?

hmm well most lebanese men are not religious anyways... and from what you say... he says is ok when hes NOT fasting then hes not religious at all... so dont worry about it tell him he might as well not fast if he can have oral when its not ramada and have no respect for his God then he can have it now :)
