To date, what fraction of Near Earth Asteroids has had their future orbits plotted?

I am having a lot of trouble finding this information. I know that by 2020, NASA is supposed to find I believe 90% of them, but for the life of me cannot find the current percentage of Near Earth Asteroids that have been tracked.
