What if the Chicago machine in the DOJ protects mive voting fraud will Obama have succeeded?

The election will be closely watched by lawyers on both sides of the aisle and a host of lawyers are prepared to land in those states that have closely contested elections. If there is any evidence of fraud coming out of these districts I am certain there will be fireworks. I don't think it will get that bad that either the guard, the governor or the Supreme Court will get involved.
