What video card does hp mini netbook have?

The Minis use an integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150. The problem you're probably running into is that that chip only supports DirectX 9.0c, and newer games use DirectX 10 or 11. If a particular game is only available compiled for DX9, there is no way to run it on that computer. Netbooks are not meant for gaming, and it is not possible to upgrade the graphics chip in netbooks (or 95% of full size laptops either). Quake 3 Arena uses an entirely different video renderer named OpenGL, which is not often used anymore. The Intel GMA 3150 supports OpenGL 1.5 and Quake 3 is old that it only uses version 1.11. Playing an 11-year-old game like Q3A is no problem on a netbook, but modern games will give you problems. Those tiny machines simply aren't designed to handle current 3D games.
