Why is the black community so negative?

Well where i'm from black people are so negative always puttin each other down talkin behind each other's back and puttin people down over childish stuff such as looks or clothes.Even your own family so it's a bunch of kids who have no hope with low self esteem walkin around who won't hesitate to blow your brains out.Cause of course if someone doesn't care about their own life they won't care about yours.You also have black mothers who keep their kids away from their fathers and there side of the family.And some of em even try to purposefully raise thugs.Mother also tell their kids the ain't **** their just like their father and other demeaning stuff.It's never hardly any positive male role models so they look up to rappers and gangsters and try to emulate their lifestyle.You can't blame them you have to blame society as a whole.Well of course all of em are not like that but where im from most are.It's hard to break free of that negativity unhed.
