Should i put this mother board in a case and sell it as working computer or sell it alone?

Build it and try to sell it. I would offer to part it out if the offers good. Normally it's better to sell the parts but sometimes it's easier to just sell the whole computer. You won't get as much, but you'll get rid of it faster.
