Someone please help me. I have an imposter profile on myspace, what do I do?

I have followed the directions on Tom's page, e mailed tech support with my salute, proof, everything, and no one is getting back to me. Someone has made a myspace page and is using all my pictures and slandering me, and how in the hell do I get it down?? Myspace just WONT respond, I cant even send a message to Tom's box, it wont send, i had to try and post a comment beggin for help. Has anyone dealt with this before, is there a myspace 1-800 number?
