What can i do .......................?

i got my belly on pierced about 8 or 9 weeks ago and now i think its infected because the top hole is really red and sometimes puss comes out of itand i dont know if its fully healed but i took it out once and it didnt hurt at all and it was easy and not painfull to put in again ! and next to the hole i have a really weird looking bubble , its really red and when i squez it this weird stuff comes out and if i try to pull it out it hurt and it wont go away and it looks horrible and i tryed salt water but it didnt work ........ i dont know what to do !!
