What should I have for a snack?

first of all, i would love to know how you lost so much weight..what do you do during the day, how much do you eat, etc... (Beiruty@ymail.com) i am 5" , 13 years old and i weigh 99lb. i was 85 before new years...to answer your question, if you are trying to gain a little weight, eat more calories dense foods and try not to burn all of the calories. brown sugar cinnamon pop tarts have more calories than the strawberry ones.tuna salad is full of mayonnaise which is very high in fat. popcorn makes you too thirsty. turkey sandwiches are filling but not very savory depending on what you put in them. spaghetti with one garlic roll is full of cabs Ange provides you with lots of energy. ritz with spinach dip, chocolate birthday cake, and strawberry pop tarts are my favorite choices on that list of yours...but do not hold back...you have great options. watching tv has a lot of food commercials that make you hungry. also leave food out in the open in the kitchen so that you will get a crave for it. thinking about food also makes you hungry. please email me a.s.a.p. i would really appreciate it. good luck
